We offer retail sales to the public as well as discounted wholesale sales to the trade. Our sales programs can be catered to fit your business needs. Our direct program is designed to serve independent garden centers and retailers of all sizes, with a variety of choices available.

Our facilities are open to the retail public as well as trade professionals including interior & landscape designers, contractors, business owners, plant-scapers and florists.

Delivery Information

At HewellsPottery.com, shipping and handling charges are based on the following:

The delivery option you choose .
The weight, size and dimensions of your items .
Your "shipping preferences" - whether you choose to ship your items together or as they become available.

For large items, we may use specialty shipping to deliver your order.

Some shippers may need to call to schedule an appointment for your deliver. Items that qualify for more than delivery to the door require an appointment; all other items will be delivered to the door.

Here are some general guidelines to consider when placing an order:

Items under 150 pounds are delivered to the door.
Items over 150 pounds are delivered by a specialty carrier and may in some cases be left at the door.
Items over 300 pounds are delivered through the door by a specialty carrier and require an appointment.
